These terms apply to purchases from Grounded Apparel Co. and use of our online store, hosted by Shopify. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Orders and product information

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and review your selected size, colour and quantity before ordering. Our apparel is made to order. Refer to the individual product size guide; garment measurements are approximate, and screen colours and product mockups may differ slightly from the finished item.

Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, or discover a material pricing or product-information error, we will contact you to discuss a correction or cancellation. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. Payments for items we cancel will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless another currency is expressly displayed. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Prices may change for future orders. You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Production and delivery

Production and transit take time. Delivery estimates depend on the product and destination and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Orders may arrive in separate packages. Standard shipping within Canada is free with no minimum purchase; any available express or international shipping charges are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Cancellations, returns and problems

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Because production may begin promptly, changes or cancellation may not be possible once work has started. Returns and exchanges are reviewed case by case under our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before sending anything back. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email your order number and a description of the problem, with photos where possible, so we can review and resolve it.

Using this website

Use this store only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the checkout, interfere with the website, submit fraudulent orders, or copy or use our original designs and branding without permission. Third-party trademarks and other rights remain with their respective owners.

Your rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates will be posted here with a revised date. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase.
